Mandy holds a Bachelor of Arts (Cum Laude) degree from Potchefstroom University, a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Development from the School of Behaviour Science at Potchefstroom University, as well as a postgraduate certificate in Career and Executive Coaching from UNISA. Mandy has a passion for Human Resources in the widest form. Her career in labour management and consulting spans more than 20 years, of which 14 years comprise labour consulting across various industries, including corporate, engineering, mining, and small to medium businesses from all industry sectors.
